# Metamodern Foundation

> Metamodern Foundation is the institutional body being established to steward the metamodern movement in the world, bound by the Metamodern Constitution.

Important status: The Foundation is not yet legally established. The entity is being established while Metamodern Company is in the process of formation in France. The planned legal form is a French fonds de dotation.
